Ellen Wright Earns Awards at Horse Show

Ellen Wright competed in the Oklahoma Centennial Horse Show in Oklahoma City April 8th-April 12th in Oklahoma City, OK.. She was Champion in the Junior Exhibitor three-gaited class and Grand Champion in the Junior Exhibitor Three-gaited Championship on her four year old three-gaited horse, Travelin’ Man competing against Three World Champions and one Reserve World Champion. She and her Equitation horse, Kalu’s Can’t Stop The Magic, were Champion and Grand Champion in the USEF Medal Class and Grand Champion in the Senior Saddle seat Equitation Championship.

Her next competition will be in Asheville, NC in mid –May.

Ellen, a junior at OCHS, is the daughter of Bill and Shannon Wright and a member of St. Stephen parish.
