OCHS Students Named Kentucky Governor's Scholars
Congratulations to the following OCHS students who were named KY Governor's Scholars. The Governor's Scholars Program is a five-week, residential summer program for outstanding Kentucky students completing their junior year in high school.
The program will be held on the Bellarmine University campus, Centre College campus and on the Morehead State University campus. The academic program is designed for enrichment. The student will attend daily classes and participate fully in the academic and intellectual life of the community. Each student selects a Focus Area and participates in a General Studies and a Governor's Scholars Seminar.
Kathryn Dueker, daughter of Karen Dueker, is a member of Blessed Mother parish.
Kaley Robertson, daughter of Ronald and Lanita Robertson, is a member of Blessed Mother parish.
Melinda Thompson, daughter of Al and Molly Thompson, is a member of Blessed Mother parish.
Ellen Wright, daughter of Bill and Shannon Wright, is a member of St. Stephen parish.
