OCS Students Participate in Soap Box Derby

The following OCS students participated in the Lions Club Soap Box Derby on Saturday.

Stock and Superstock Division: Chandler Head, Jonah McCormack, Kelsey Settles, Mary Katherine Gough, Matthew Tichenor, Noah McCormack, Simmie McCormack

Masters Division: Isaac Gough

Super Kids Division: Ann Switzer (sister of OCS student, Mayme Switzer)

Congratulations to Kelsey Settles on placing 1st and Simmie McCormack for placing 2nd in the Superstock division. Ann Switzer took 1st place in the Super Kids division.

Kelsey Settles and Ann Switzer now advance to the All American Soap Box Derby in Akron, Ohio on July 25. Good luck!
