OCHS Community Problem Solving Team - International Competition - 4th Place



The OCHS Community Problem Solving Team competed at the 2011 FPSPI International Conference on June 9-12, in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Their project Recycle OK?, (R-OK?), was submitted in April after the team won the state championship.

The team was judged on their teamwork skills and creativity as they constructed a display about the project. They were interviewed about the project and participated in several gathering events to showcase both their project and state. The team came in 4th at the competition.

The members who attended the conference were Ann-Claude Rakotoniaina, Megan Alvey, Michael Crowe, Tyler Farmer, Alex Riccio, Allen Rakotoniaina, Kelsey Conkright, and Marty Crowe.

Coaches Lorraine Riccio and Susie Alvey and school system director, Ken Rasp, also attended the conference.
