Kate Hayden Memorial Blood Drive


On Thursday, September 1, 2011 a Blood Drive in the K-3 Campus Parking Lot from 9:00 am-1:00 pm will be held in memory of Kate Hayden.

Kate was killed in a car accident on July 29, 2006. She was 7 years old and would have started 2nd grade that fall at the K-3 Campus. This Blood Drive is being held to honor her memory on her 13th birthday.

Come donate and you could save a life! Donors will receive a free t-shirt, free cholesterol screen, and a piece of birthday cake.

Donor Guidelines: All donors must be at least 17 years old and weigh 110 pounds; donors must check medications iwth center staff; donors should have eaten a good meal prior to donation, and must allow 56 days between donations.


Market Day Starts in September
Market Day is a terrific and easy fundraiser for our school. (And the food is delicious too!)

In order to facilitate this fundraiser, volunteers are needed for one Saturday morning per month to unload, count and pack orders. The first pick up date is September 17th.

This year we would like to reach out to the Daviess County parishes. We are asking for one volunteer from each parish to take Market Day fliers to their church monthly and to place a reminder in their bulletin for each sale.
