Survey - OCS Elementary Yearbook

We need your help in another matter. For many years, we have partnered with Interstate Studio and Publishing Company to produce an Elementary School Yearbook. When we reconfigured we moved to a combined yearbook for the K-3 and 4-6 Campuses. The $10 price tag has remained constant for many years. Due to increased costs in producing the yearbook and decreased interest, the price has not covered the cost. It has been suggested that we discontinue producing the yearbook beginning this year.

Before that decision is made, I would like to hear from you. Below you will find a link to a brief survey. I ask that you take a few minutes to provide your opinion on the elementary yearbook. I am especially interested in hearing from those families that have children enrolled in either the K-3 Campus or 4-6 Campus. Please note that if the answer is yes, there will be a slight increase in the cost of the yearbook. Please respond no later than Thursday, January 15th at 5:00 PM.
