OCHS Student Claims Miss Teen Daviess County Title

Congratulations to Scarlett Bickett, who was named Miss Teen Daviess County 2011 at the Daviess County Fair. Scarlett is an incoming OCHS Freshman.

She succeeds Christina Boarman as the Miss Teen Daviess County. Christina is an incoming OCHS sophomore.
