OCS HealthScapes - H1N1 Flu Information

Mr. Rasp, our OCS Director, has invited me to start a periodic mini-newsletter to keep our OCS families updated on events related to School Health you need to be aware of.
The Green River District Health Department has announced the date & location of the Daviess County Area H1N1 (Swine Flu) Immunization clinic. Since there is a limited supply of immunizations & many counties to cover, GRDHD will be only able to offer a limited number of the H1N1 immunization clinics. It is scheduled from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 3, in the Daviess County High School auxiliary gym, which is located behind the school.

Please read the letter from the GRDHD attached carefully for instructions on what is needed to obtain this vaccination for your child, ages pre-school thru grade 12.

This is open to all our local school systems: Owensboro Public Schools, Daviess County Public Schools and Owensboro Catholic Schools.
